Return and Refund Eligibility

Before placing an order, please carefully review product descriptions and images. We do not accept returns based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the item’s appearance.

You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Items are completely damaged upon arrival.
  • Your order contains more than 10% Grade B/C items.

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for Authorization – Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
  3. Refund – If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to process the transaction.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed and shipped. If needed, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Items with washing services
    • Grade B/C or mixed-grade items
    • Bulk deals

Processing Time
